PACKING & SHIPPING
In the event of a failed delivery, please understand that all it not lost, usually this only means there was not time to deliver your package. Virtually all failed deliveries are delivered. We will be happy to mail a new replacement immediately in the event of a package not delivered.
If you’re not satisfied for any reason you are entitled to a full refund of the total purchase. We will send packaging with postage so you can return the cream free of charge.
